The email address for the GTO Support Team has now been updated as follows:
gtosupport@umontana.edu.
The earlier GTO email address (dtesupport@mso.umt.edu) is still in effect and will continue to connect you with the team. We hope the new email address will be more convenient for everyone to use.
Thank you!

Entering Student Data: What to do if........
On occasion, you may encounter some of the problem situations discussed below. The following information will help you understand the appropriate action to take.
Problem One: A student has been hired by your department and has turned in their Time Card, but their name does not appear in the appropriate SP Time Roster yet.
Solution: Contact Student Payroll Services to see if the student's paperwork has been received by Human Resource Services. If the student turned their Time Card in on time, Student Payroll Services will have you send the student Time Card to them so that they can finish the data entry and the student can be paid on time.
Problem Two: A student has worked during a given pay period, but does not turn their Time Card in by the required deadline.
Solution: Do NOT send the Time Card to Student Payroll Services for data entry. Once a GTO payroll has closed, no additional data entry is allowed (except in the situation describe in Problem One). Students who turn their Time Cards in late must wait until the next pay cycle to receive their paycheck. In extreme hardship cases, you may submit a special request to Student Payroll Services for their consideration.
Problem Three: A student is no longer working for The University of Montana, but their name still appears in the Time Roster.
Solution: In this case, email the Griz Time Online Team (dtesupport@mso.umt.edu). Provide them with the student name, ID number, the position suffix number, and your Time Roster number. You can easily obtain this information from the GTO data entry screen.
Hope you find these solutions helpful and time-saving!
